The corona virus (SARS-CoV-2) has led to a global pandemic, the effects of which have now been felt by everyone. Countries around the world have reacted by imposing extensive restrictions on social life. Coping with the Covid 19 crisis is a challenge for the whole of society, and one that transcends scientific disciplines.
The German Committee for Disaster Reduction (DKKV), the largest German platform of actors in the field of disaster prevention, risk research and social risk and crisis management, would like to actively introduce these aspects into the public debate.
