The United Nations University (UNU) is an international community of scholars, engaged in research, postgraduate teaching and capacity development and dissemination of knowledge in furthering the purposes and principles of the Charter of the United Nations. The university is now looking for a Project Associate — Critical Infrastructure Resilience and Emergency Preparedness. The successful applicant will - amongst other things-:
- support the project lead in the implementation of the NOWATER project on “Emergency preparedness planning for water supply and sanitation in health care facilities — organisational and technical solution strategies to increase resilience” — with a focus on organisational aspects related to emergency preparedness planning
- co-develop the development of a methodology to analyse emergency preparedness planning for health care facilities
